How long is the production period and delivery date?

Usually we offer the order information and arrange the production plan within one day, when we receive the advance payment or confirm the order from old clients. We can finish the order in 5-25 days. Of course, it depends on our company's overall production plan and order details. Usually in the original production plan has some advance.

How is after-sales service?

Regarding to the payment terms, we usually accept T/T in advance (30% deposit) or L/C at sight.
